How do I personalise my order?

Simply complete the personalisation box on the product page before adding your item to your basket. If you're unsure about anything or have a special request, please get in touch - we're always happy to help!

Will I receive a preview before my order is made?

Yes! We'll email you a preview of your personalised order or print so you can check everything looks perfect before we begin. We allow 24 hours for any changes or corrections after sending your preview. After this time, we'll begin creating your order to ensure it is dispatched within our advertised processing times, so unfortunately we won't be able to make any further changes.

How long will my order take?

Each item is lovingly personalised to order, with a processing time of 2-5 business days before dispatch. Once dispatched, your order will be sent using the delivery service selected at checkout with full tracking. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-3 business days. If you need your order for a specific date, please get in touch before ordering - we're always happy to help wherever we can.

Can I return a personalised item?

As each item is personalised especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. If you have any queries about your order, please get in touch - we'll always do our best to help.

Can I request something custom?

Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. If you have a custom request or can't find exactly what you're looking for, please contact us and we'll be happy to see what we can create together.
