Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Our processing time is 3-6 business days before dispatch, this enables us to put care into your gift, packaging it and sending it out correctly. Please note, during busy periods your order may not be dispatched until the 6th business day. Should you require your order by a certain date, please email us at hello@pawsandpeonies.co.uk so we can ensure you receive your item in good time.

How long does shipping take?

We have two shipping options available -

Standard Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class - 2-4 business days delivery time.

Express Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class - 1-2 business days delivery time.

Royal Mail may experience delays from time to time, especially during busy periods. It can take up to 10 business days for parcels to be delivered. Please wait until the 10th business day and if your parcel still hasn't arrived, please contact us at hello@pawsandpeonies.co.uk

How do I track my order?

As soon as we have posted out your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number for your parcel.

Please use the Royal Mail track and trace website to track your parcel.

Returns

How do I return an item?

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Returns are not accepted for personalised items.

Please get in touch if there are any issues you'd like to discuss so we can find a solution to help you. 

FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS

We ask that you contact us within 14 days of the item being received and return within 14 days of first contact.

You can return your product for a different product or a refund.

Items must be returned to us safely packaged in the same condition they are received.

General

My order has arrived damaged, what happens now?

All of our items come very well packaged but unfortunately, we understand breakages can happen due to poor handling during transit. To help us send replacements quickly, we recommend that you open all products upon receipt of your parcel.

Any breakages should be notified to us with photographic evidence of the breakage, within the first 48 hours of signing for your delivery and we will then make arrangements for your replacement.

Our policy is to always replace any damaged items free of charge! If your order has arrived damaged, please email us at hello@pawsandpeonies.co.uk

I have a query about my order, how do I contact you?

Should you have any queries, please contact us at hello@pawsandpeonies.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Our messages are always monitored, so please don't worry should you need anything at all, we will get back to you.

Do you have any care instructions for my order?

Yes we do!

Any orders for items containing vinyl and iron on vinyl will receive care instructions with their order.

You can find these on the back of the thank you card in your parcel. You can also find our care instructions on the listing photos.
