PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Our processing time is 2-5 business days before dispatch. This enables us to put care into your gift, packaging it and sending it out correctly. Please note, during busy periods your order may not be dispatched until the 5th business day. If you need your item for a specific date, please email us prior to ordering and we’ll always do our best to help where possible.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. As soon as we have finished processing your order, you will be emailed with dispatch confirmation and a tracking number will be provided. Please ensure you have given an active email address to receive updates on your order.
Royal Mail may experience delays from time to time, especially during busy periods such as Christmas and other peak gifting seasons. It can take up to 10 business days for parcels to be delivered. Please wait until the 10th business day and if your parcel still hasn't arrived, please contact us via the email below and we'll be here to help!
