Our processing time is 2-5 business days before dispatch. This allows us to carefully personalise your order, package it beautifully and ensure it is sent out with the love and attention it deserves. During particularly busy periods, orders may be dispatched on the 5th business day. If you need your order for a specific date, please email us before placing your order and we'll always do our best to help where possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email along with your Royal Mail tracking number. Please ensure you provide a valid email address so you don't miss any updates.
Royal Mail may occasionally experience delays from time to time, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas and other peak gifting seasons. While most parcels arrive much sooner, deliveries can occasionally take up to 10 business days. If your parcel hasn't arrived after this time, please email us and we'll be happy to help.
