Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase but we understand you may wish to return your item.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Orders cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded once production begins. As each item is custom made especially for you, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item has arrived damaged, faulty or with a printing error on our part.
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, grammar and personalisation details before submitting their order.
If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch at hello@pawsandpeonies.co.uk and we'll do our best to find a solution and help where we can.
FOR ALL OTHER (NON-PERSONALISED) ITEMS
If you change your mind about a non-personalised item, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of the item being received and return within 14 days of first contact.
You can return your product for a different product or a refund.
Items must be returned to us safely packaged in the same condition they are received.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
All of our items come very well packaged but unfortunately, breakages can happen. To help us send replacements quickly, we recommend that you open all products upon receipt of your parcel.
Any breakages should be notified to us with photographic evidence of the breakage or damage, ideally within the first 48 hours of signing for your delivery.
We will then arrange to replace your item subject to our usual terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
