High-quality vinyl is used for the design.

The daisies automatically come with the ears and name & will be white and pink. Should you wish to customise these colours, please get in touch via the below email before placing an order or should you wish for your tumbler to be without the daisies, please let us know in the personalisation box.

Please let us know if you have a preference as to which side your personalisation is put on. For example 'facing towards me when holding the tumbler with my right hand' if you do not specify, we will position your personalisation as per the listing photos.

There may be a slight colour variation with the tumblers depending on your screen/monitor.

Care instructions for your tumbler can be found on the listing photos and will also be provided with your order.

Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Our processing time is 3-6 business days before dispatch. This enables us to put care into your gift, packaging it and sending it out correctly. Please note, during busy periods your order may not be dispatched until the 6th business day. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. As soon as we have finished processing your order, you will be emailed with shipping confirmation and a tracking code will be provided. Please ensure you have given an active email address or phone number to receive updates on your order.

We are not responsible for delays whilst your parcel is in transit.

Royal Mail may experience delays from time to time, especially during busy periods. It can take up to 10 business days for parcels to be delivered. Please wait until the 10th business day and if your parcel still hasn't arrived, please contact us via the email below. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS 

Standard Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class £3.50 - 2-4 business days. 

Free delivery on all orders over £50. 

Express Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class £4.50 - 1-2 business days.

Print Delivery

Royal Mail 2nd class FREE - 2-4 business days.

We offer free delivery on print orders, when purchasing them on their own.

If your print is part of an order with other items, everything will be shipped together using the postage option you choose at checkout.

Digital prints will be emailed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All of our items come very well packaged but unfortunately, we understand breakages can happen due to poor handling during transit. To help us send replacements quickly, we recommend that you open all products upon receipt of your parcel.

Any breakages should be notified to us with photographic evidence of the breakage, within the first 48 hours of signing for your delivery and we will then make arrangements for your replacement.

Our policy is to always replace any damaged items free of charge! If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us via the email below. 

MISSING ORDERS

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders. If they have been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address, we will be able to re-send this out to you but the postage will need to be re-paid for and a reliable address used. Please keep an eye on your order tracking as this will provide you with updates such as an attempted delivery.
